5ph9 Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "5ph9," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the 5ph9 online gaming platform and its operating entity, licensed under PAGCOR.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 5ph9 platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on 5ph9.
• "Platform" means the 5ph9 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated gaming services accessible at 5ph9.app.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by 5ph9 to Players.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as real funds.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player that are available for wagering and withdrawal, distinct from Bonus funds.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority overseeing 5ph9's operations.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 5ph9 platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 5ph9 platform and close your account.

5ph9 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

3 Eligibility

To register and use the 5ph9 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations enforced by PAGCOR.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 5ph9, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have a pre-existing account on 5ph9. Only one account per person, household, IP address, and device is permitted.
• You must not be a self-excluded player or have been previously banned or restricted from the 5ph9 platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on 5ph9, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
• Create a unique, secure password and not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Notify 5ph9 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5ph9 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain features. Required documents may include a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

5ph9 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 5ph9 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya / Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards issued by Philippine banks.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the 5ph9 cashier section.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• 5ph9 does not accept deposits from credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine regulations.
• 5ph9 does not accept or process transactions in any form of cryptocurrency.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. 5ph9 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days.
• 5ph9 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

5ph9 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps for each bonus are specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise by 5ph9.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• 5ph9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or use of automated software — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses are available to players in the Philippines only and are subject to PAGCOR promotional guidelines.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 5ph9 platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. The following rules apply:

• Game results are final once confirmed by the 5ph9 system. Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays for the affected round.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on the 5ph9 server, the server record shall prevail.
• Players are prohibited from using any software, tool, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage, including bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools.
• 5ph9 reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings where there is evidence of system exploitation, software errors, or collusion.
• Live dealer game rules are governed by the specific rules displayed at each table. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules before participating.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5ph9 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on 5ph9.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the 5ph9 platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 5ph9 staff or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain without reporting them to 5ph9 support.

9 Responsible Gaming

5ph9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful, and we provide the following tools and resources to help players stay in control:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through the 5ph9 support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and amounts wagered during a session.

5ph9 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years for all players, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. Underage gambling is illegal and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 5ph9 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of 5ph9 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 5ph9 platform without prior written consent from 5ph9.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 5ph9 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 5ph9's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 5ph9 platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit 5ph9's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12 Termination

5ph9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• 5ph9 is required to do so by law, regulation, or PAGCOR directive.
• 5ph9 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account.
• Your account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds and fees) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13 Amendments

5ph9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 5ph9 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms & Conditions will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the 5ph9 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Players who wish to raise a complaint regarding the 5ph9 platform should first contact our customer support team. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority.
